Shipping costs may apply to remote or rural areas and certain cities, while most orders qualify for free shipping.

We offer Liftgate Delivery, which includes a hydraulic lift on the delivery truck to safely lower your order to the ground. However, please note that most residential homes will require lift gate service, and, in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, additional fees may be charged by the carrier.

For "Oversize Shipping," orders over 92 inches will incur additional shipping fees.

It’s important to be aware that our carriers deliver curbside and do not provide in-home delivery. Therefore, you are responsible for bringing the package into your home, which typically requires at least 2 people. If inside delivery is needed, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping is free to most states within the U.S., except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, where additional shipping charges apply. Custom size orders over 92 inches will also incur additional shipping fees and may result in an extended delivery time frame. For Canada and Hawaii, specific shipping costs will apply:

Additionally, in the event that the carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful due to your absence, storage fees may apply.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within 30 - 35 business days. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Once your door is manufactured a shipping company will pick it up and send it to the address specified by you. Please note that shipping address accuracy is necessary and all carriers require a physical delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address change needs to be made. Any order that has shipped and needs to be changed will be at the discretion of the carrier and may result in additional re-route fees that will be charged to you subsequently.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification from our team with a tracking number, freight company contact information and an estimated time of arrival. Whereas we will try to ensure compliance with any delivery dates given, dates are an estimate only. We will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever arising from or consequential upon delay in delivery. All dates quoted at time of sale are made in good faith and are not legally binding and whilst we always make every effort to honour them, it must be recognised that they are estimates only and consequently we cannot accept any liability resulting from overdue deliveries. If you intend to use subcontractors for installation we strongly recommend you do not commit to them until the delivery has been made. This will avoid any costs associated with unavoidable delays.

The freight company will contact you prior to delivery, to set up a delivery appointment. Please make sure that you are present at the shipping address at that specific time to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the agreed delivery date, you must expect that we will charge you the additional costs for the second and each additional delivery. If it turns out that you are unable to accept the delivery because you are on vacation or otherwise prevented from doing so, the goods will be stored with our carrier until the next delivery date. If the package has to be stored for more than 48 hours, storage costs will be charged to you afterwards. Please note that we cannot accept any liability or damage claims from second attempt and all subsequent deliveries. We ask all our customers to inspect their delivery carefully on arrival as we are unable to accept claims for breakages, scratches or damage more than 72 hours after delivery. The driver will be happy to wait while you check your items and you must sign to say they are satisfactory and fit for purpose. If you notice that the packaging or the product is damaged upon delivery, please refuse receipt and contact us immediately. In the case that the packaging or the product is not damaged and you refuse the delivery, you will have to carry the costs of the return transport and the possible re-delivery. If you accept a delivery and the packaging or product is so damaged that it must be disposed of, you are responsible for the disposal. We do not take over any costs for the disposal and cannot arrange the disposal as well.

Please note that our carriers deliver curbside and do not deliver into your home. Therefore you are responsible to carry the package into your home which requires at least 2 persons. If you need an inside delivery please contact us to get a quote.

If duties, fees, tariffs or customs charges are incurred for shipments to Canada or Hawaii, they are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained/returned by customs officials.

CARRIERS

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately because we ship via different freight carriers depending on destination. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you may pay or cancel the order for a full refund.

Curbside Delivery Policy

1. Curbside Delivery Procedure
We offer curbside delivery for your convenience.
Upon arrival, our carrier will deliver the merchandise to the curb directly outside the specified delivery address.


2. Acceptance of Delivery
It is essential that you are available to accept the delivery on the established day by the carrier.
If you anticipate any issues with accepting delivery on the specified day, please contact us promptly to arrange an alternative date.


3. Additional Charges for Non-Acceptance
If you are unable to accept the delivery on the established day by the carrier and request additional delivery attempts or storage of the merchandise, additional charges may apply. These charges may include storage fees, additional delivery fees, and any other associated expenses incurred due to non-acceptance.


4. Request for Payment of Additional Charges
If additional charges are incurred due to non-acceptance of delivery, we will promptly notify you of the amount owed and the reason for the charges.
You will be requested to pay the outstanding amount for the additional charges within a specified timeframe to avoid further actions.

 

5. Debt Collection Process
Failure to pay the additional charges within the specified timeframe may result in the outstanding amount being referred to a debt collection agency.
Any costs associated with debt collection will be added to the outstanding amount owed.


6. Communication and Dispute Resolution
Should you have any concerns or disputes regarding the additional charges or delivery process, please reach out to our customer service team promptly for resolution.


7. Acknowledgment of Policy
By engaging in a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this curbside delivery policy, including the terms related to non-acceptance charges.

PACKAGING

Please do not destroy the packaging when opening it and keep it until you are completely satisfied with the product. You will need the packaging in case you need to return the product. If, in the event of a return, you no longer possess the original packaging, you must purchase an equivalent packaging at your own expense.

 

MISSING OR INCORRECT SHIPPED ITEMS

If there are any missing or incorrect shipped items please follow our return policy. Replacement orders for damaged goods are given priority.
